Five Army personnel are undertaking the Kokoda trek with the aim of fundraising money for Canberra Legacy. Brigadiers Mick Say, Jason Groat, Fern Thompson and Dean Thompson, and Officer Cadet Sterling Thompson will undertake the trek in August. We are looking forward to the challenge and opportunity to reflect and commemorate such an important part of our nation’s history. Importantly we are raising money for Legacy which does amazing work to support the families of veterans.
