Kodi’s road to recovery

In the early morning of August 14th kodi was involved in a tragic car accident. He was taken to Memorial Hospital. We learned that Kodi’s condition was grim. He had swelling in his brain (a traumatic brain injury) He went in for 2 hour brain surgery to remove part of his skull to help alleviate the swelling. He is currently in the ICU at memorial hospital.

Upon arrival they didn’t think he would survive his surgery and he did. He has reached the 72 hour mark. The most critical. He is getting daily CT scans and as of today the neurosurgeon is cautiously optimistic about recovery.
