Kocan Family Support

Hi, My name is Candice Lundy and I am Spencer Kocan’s partner. I am devastated to be writing on behalf of the Kocan Family. I have created this gofund me as to support the Kocan family with the difficult news of Jana being diagnosed with an aggressive form of ALS and is now in hospice. Unfortunately we are at a place where we are close to the end. As you can imagine the family is devastated. I humbly ask that if you can donate to support the family, please do. Every dollar counts. If you can’t afford to donate, meals are also welcome to support the family Paul. Or even just sharing this post! I can also transport food. They are dedicated to always supporting each other, others and are some of the kindest people I have met. Jana and the Kocan’s have all touched our hearts. Jana is one of the most giving people I know and I am hoping we can now give back, by supporting her family through this time. The family will be using the fund to: *supporting Paul as he is in this transitioning time and horribly difficult time *medical expenses *hospice care and hospital stay *passing expenses *future expenses (funeral, death certificate, cremation and so on) and any other ways we can support them so money is not an issue.
