Knox and Asa Schwarz

I wanted to share that today is the 6-year anniversary of Knox Schwarz's passing. Knox was Rick and Katie Schwarz's amazing little boy. He passed suddenly on November 21, 2016. It was devastating for everyone to see a family so universally loved as the Schwarz family is, to have to go through something that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.

3 years later the unimaginable happened again when the same amazing family lost another amazing little boy named Asa Schwarz on November 26th, 2019.

Some of you worked at Q2 during those times, others who joined after may have learned about it over the years. Rick and Katie pressed hard to truly understand what happened and to know if there was anything they could do to protect their other children. They did end up learning that Knox and Asa both had a genetic condition that put them at higher risk of Myocarditis. I have setup a GoFund me if anyone would wish to contribute, in Knox and Asa's name, to the Myocarditis Foundation.
