Before we share our hearts for adoption we want to give some context from our infertility journey. We have been trying to start a family for 3+ years. After we lost our first baby in April of 2021, we began seeking the Lord’s heart for adoption and regularly attended the adoption and foster care group through our church. Once we peeked behind the door of God’s heart for adoption, we were significantly impacted. In the midst of this, we continued to try for children on our own. Fast forward to January 2022, we began going through infertility treatments. After 12+ months the treatments did not work. We have seen some improvements but we have still not been able to conceive on our own.

As we have continued to pray and ask the Lord for guidance, we strongly feel that He is leading us to pursue adoption at this time. Jake has had a fire for adoption in his heart since he was young and the Lord has given Jenna several dreams of caring for what we believe is going to be our adoptive child!

We know so many of you have been praying and fighting for our family and we just want to say thank you. We have felt how genuine your love is and your prayers have strengthened our marriage and our faith. We have felt so supported throughout this journey.

We are working with FAC (Faithful Adoption Consultants). It is a Christian agency that partners with a few different agencies to provide couples with access to more expansive needs in several states. We are currently in the paperwork stage and preparing for our home study. We have already paid close to $9,000 and are expecting another $30,000+. If you are not able to give financially at this time we ask that you would partner with us in prayer for the future birth mom, baby, and us as we move forward.
