My name is Grier and I am raising funds for Philabundance, a local food bank and proud member of Feeding America. As the government shutdown stretches past 30 days, so many of our neighbors are being forced to work without pay — and are now facing the harsh reality of not being able to afford food.

No one should ever have to choose between paying their bills or feeding their families. But right now, that’s exactly what some of our friends, coworkers, and community members are facing.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help make sure no one in our community goes hungry during this difficult time. The goal is to help stock Philabundance’s food supply so they can continue supporting families who suddenly find themselves struggling to put food on the table.
