Justice for Kirk Conrad Morgan: Help Us Uncover the Truth

Donation protected
We created this GoFundMe to seek legal support in uncovering the truth surrounding the death of our brother, Kirk Conrad Morgan. His passing was concealed from the family for nearly two years, leaving us without answers, closure, or the ability to protect his rights. As siblings, we are coming together to ensure a full and transparent investigation. We are not seeking revenge; we are seeking truth, accountability, and the justice Kirk deserved in life. Every contribution helps us hire the legal representation needed to navigate this complex, multi-state situation and bring clarity, dignity, and closure to our brother’s story.

Siblings Request Federal Review After Discovering Concealed Death, Multi-State Legal Irregularities, and Misuse of Personal Images in $21.25 Million Lawsuit

EDITOR’S NOTE / ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION (12/12/2025)
Editor’s Note (12/12/2025): The siblings also wish to clarify that the California lawsuit does not represent an isolated incident. After reviewing family history and records, they identified a longstanding pattern of car accidents involving their parents, dating back to the 1990s. Additionally, several of the siblings, including siblings listed in the claim, among a total of ten children, were involved in serious motor vehicle accidents prior to the New Mexico accident referenced in the California case.

This context was not included in the initial statement and is being added to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of the broader pattern underlying the legal and insurance concerns raised.

EDIT / CORRECTION (Information discovered 12/12/2025)
Editor’s Note (12/12/2025): After further review of related statements connected to the California lawsuit, the siblings found that one statement by the youngest sibling (age 19) briefly referenced Kirk Conrad Morgan’s passing. This clarification does not change the siblings’ core concerns regarding delayed family notification, lack of access to investigative information, the absence of an autopsy, and the rapid cremation, but it corrects the earlier implication that no mention of Kirk’s death existed in any materials tied to the case.

GEORGIA / NEW MEXICO / CALIFORNIA — Four adult siblings have stepped forward seeking federal assistance after uncovering what they describe as a deeply concerning chain of events spanning three states, including the concealed death of their brother Kirk Conrad Morgan, unexplained legal actions, the use of their images without consent in a $21.25 million lawsuit, and documentation suggesting long-term abuse and potential exploitation.

The siblings, Saare White, Aubrey Itson, Sorché Romero, and Mary Morgan, recently learned that their brother, Kirk Conrad Morgan, died on March 25, 2024, in Georgia under circumstances they believe warrant immediate review.

According to the family, they were not informed of Kirk’s death for nearly two years, (December 06, 2025), preventing them from requesting an autopsy, speaking with investigators, or understanding the circumstances surrounding his death. Kirk was cremated immediately, and no autopsy was performed.

“Our family was never given the chance to ask questions, to understand what happened to our brother, or to ensure his death was properly reviewed,” the siblings said in a joint statement. “We only learned the truth long after it was possible to investigate.”

Removed From Lawsuit, Then Later Represented as Alive

Kirk had been a passenger in a New Mexico car accident, which later resulted in a civil lawsuit filed in California. While he was originally part of the claim, he was removed from the case in 2019 under circumstances not fully understood by the siblings.

Despite his death in 2024, Kirk continued to be represented as alive in various contexts within the family’s narrative and documentation, raising further questions.

In just days after discovering Kirk’s death, the siblings learned that their parents were awarded $21.25 million in July 2025 in connection with the same accident.

The lawsuit cited psychological and neurological injuries, which the siblings say mirror the lifelong trauma documented in medical, educational, and therapeutic records resulting from severe and prolonged abuse during their childhoods.

Images Used Without Consent

The siblings also discovered that their personal photos and images of their children were taken from social media accounts and used without their consent in the lawsuit to portray a close, intact, supportive family. The siblings have been estranged from their parents for many years and state that the images do not represent their actual relationship.

“We were shocked to find our pictures in court filings that never should have included us,” the siblings said. “Our children were used without our permission.”

Document Irregularities and Elder Notary Concerns

The siblings also uncovered several notarized documents in Georgia involving an elderly family member in her 90s, where signatures and notarizations appear inconsistent with proper legal procedure. These documents may involve property, financial interests, or other matters tied to the broader timeline.

Long-Term Abuse Documented Across All Siblings

All surviving siblings report extensive physical, emotional, and psychological abuse during childhood. These accounts are supported by:

● school records documenting severe learning disabilities
● hospital records of suicide attempts
● therapy notes detailing long-term trauma
● mental-health documentation across siblings and Kirk
The siblings say these records contradict injury claims attributed solely to the New Mexico accident.

Despite attempting to obtain answers from local authorities in Georgia, the siblings report difficulty receiving callbacks or gaining assistance from local law enforcement or the district attorney’s office.

Because the situation spans three states and involves:

● a concealed death
● a multi-million-dollar lawsuit
● potential identity and image misuse
● document irregularities
● elder vulnerability concerns
● removal of a vulnerable adult from a legal claim
● and a long-term pattern of documented abuse
…the siblings are requesting federal review or inter-agency coordination.

They have begun contacting:

● Governmental Agencies in Chattooga County
● the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI)
● the California Department of Insurance Fraud Division
● the New Mexico Insurance Fraud Unit
● the Georgia Department of Insurance
● the Department of Justice (DOJ) Criminal Division
● and the FBI Public Corruption & Financial Crimes Unit
“Our hope is simple,” the siblings said. “We want transparency, accountability, and for someone in authority to look at the full picture. We believe our brother deserved a proper investigation, and so do we.”

About the Siblings

The four surviving siblings live in separate states and are reunited only after learning of Kirk’s death. They are now working collectively to obtain documents, pursue legal clarity, and ensure that the circumstances of Kirk’s death and the events leading up to it receive proper attention.
