Kingston Playground Appeal

Thank you for taking a look at our page.

We are raising funds to replace the children's playground in Kingston which is tired and worn and will soon become unusable. Toddlers and children with disabilities are not able to access the climbing frame or slide. With no school or facilities for families here, our playground is where children can come to play and socialise together and feel part of the community and little visitors to the village can be kept busy outdoors.

We have designed a brand new playground with an accessible roundabout, a range of different swings, a little play house and an amazing activity tower with a slide which children of all ages and abilities can play on together. We also want to add a picnic bench and a rocking see-saw. It will be built to last and fills the space available with equipment that is challenging and fun for everyone.

Please help us raise enough money to provide this exciting playground for a new generation. It will cost £65,000 altogether, including VAT. We are aiming to raise £10,000 of this through donations and the rest through grants which are steadily coming in.

Here is the current playground.

And here is our design for the new one!
