Kim's Journey: Support for Oliver and Henry

I have known Kim for 25 years since we were in youth group together at First Baptist Richardson. We’ve had the honor of being in each other’s weddings and have done a lot of life together. I have seen her walk with her husband through life, and sadly now through death. She is the most dedicated, loving mom and has done a fantastic job raising her sons Oliver (6) and Henry (4).

Right now, they are having to find a new rhythm in life as Phillip, her husband and the boys’ father, passed away on January 10th, 2025. Phillip will be greatly missed. As more and more people have asked what they can do to help, financial care for the boys will have the most impact! With funeral costs, living expenses, and pre-k tuition, Kim’s teacher salary as the only source of income is very overwhelming - Especially what the future holds for them. Living on their own feels out of reach at the moment. This is where we want to rally our village!

Kim is not only the most caring mom, faithful friend, sister, and daughter, she’s also so talented in her teaching skills and her baking ability with her little business.
