Hi all, as many of you know. I lost my mum to lung cancer in 2019. She was diagnosed and died just 21 days later. No time to get used to the situation or prepare! Since then I have lost my brother, grandad, nana and my uncle Charlie. Nothing in life can prepare you for any of this. Myself and my partner Ayden have decided that to improve our mental health we are going to walk. Walk absolutely anywhere. Just get the extra steps in every week. We’re not avid walkers but we are determined to go bigger and better each time we walk. We walked Scarborough to Filey a couple of weeks ago. So ridiculously thought we could do double that (who even does that haha) Despite the fact that that was immensely hard work. We have decided we can walk over double that. 21 miles to be precise. If you could donate, any small amount of money it would give us the boost we need and would be donated to Macmillan. What they do for end of life care is amazing and I can’t think of any other charity as worthy. Our walk will be Saturday 30th August, anyone wanting to join us please feel free
