Help us support Team Buhsuhna of the NetKAL XII cohort's community project!
Kimbap Chronicles, a program that utilizes Korean culture – such as making Kimbap – to create space for conversations, and ultimately build identity and community with Korean American youth. We hope Kimbap Chronicles will give the space for Korean American youth to break silence around challenging topics impacting themselves and their peers, and ultimately feel empowered to use their voices to better themselves and our community.
Your donation supports the Kimbap Chronicles programs at Korean Community Services of Metropolitan NY (KCS- https://kcsny.org/) and Koreatown Youth and Community Center (KYCC- https://www.kyccla.org/).
Donations towards Kimbap Chronicles help provide: supplies for the event, mental health facilitator(s), misc. administrative fees, and registration for attendees so they can attend for FREE.
Your donation can also help us expand this program to different locations.
This program is supported by the Council of Korean Americans and JP Morgan.
NetKAL is a part of the Council of Korean Americans' Leadership Development programs. For more information about NetKAL, visit https://netkal.org/.
