In May 2026, a group of us from Kilnbridge will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours. What started as a conversation between colleagues quickly turned into a shared goal: to push ourselves as a team, strengthen our collaboration outside the office, and support causes we care deeply about.

We’re dedicating this challenge to several charities that we support, that align closely with our values at Kilnbridge. Their work resonates with us because we wish focus on health, safety and wellbeing to build stronger communities, and we wanted to channel our effort into something that will have a positive impact beyond the workplace.

As a corporate group, we’re used to tackling big challenges together—but this one will take us far beyond meeting rooms and project deadlines. The Three Peaks Challenge means battling steep climbs, unpredictable weather, very little sleep, and more than a few hours in a bus. But it also gives us the chance to grow as a team, celebrate each other’s strengths, and work together in a completely different environment.

Across the 23 miles of hiking and over 3,000 metres of ascent, we’ll be relying on teamwork more than ever: pacing together, keeping morale up at 3 a.m., and celebrating each summit as a shared achievement.
