Hi, I’m Brian Culbert & I’m involved in fundraising for Kilmurry National School of which I am a past pupil & my kids now attend. We are trying to upgrade the outdoor facilities such as the playground, the astro playing area, the front wall & entrance gate and the entire tarmac play area. All of these facilities with exception of the astroturf are at least 40-50 years old.

My aim is to help raise any amount we can to help and I’ll be taking on many of the past pupils in the 10k race New Years Day morning. I coached them all during their time in the school so it should be an easy task for them to beat me!Never mind the 30 year age gap. We will all be wearing retro Clare, Sixmilebridge or Kilmurry gaa jerseys doing the race.
