Abused, neglected, and abandoned at a kill shelter, Flopsey arrived terrified—shaking, underweight, and unsure of everything around him. When we rescued him, it was clear he had endured significant hardship. With months of care and patience, Flopsey slowly began to trust again. He gained weight, grew stronger, and finally started to feel safe. However, the long-term neglect he experienced left deeper medical issues that weren’t immediately visible.

Despite being very young, Flopsey’s teeth showed severe damage. One tooth was broken with the nerve exposed, and several others were so decayed that they required removal. He urgently needed dental surgery to relieve pain and prevent further complications.
