We are Ashly, Emerson, Omar, and Penelope. We are a group of 5th graders from Elsie Whitlow Stokes School in Washington DC. We are working on a graduation project about access to clean water and sanitation. We have researched the topic and found there are people in Washington DC who have trouble paying their water bill at times. To take action on this, we are raising money to support the DC Water utility's SPLASH program, which stands for Serving People, Lending A Supporting Hand. SPLASH helps community members facing financial hardships by providing assistance to ensure that everyone has access to essential water and sewer services during tough times.
By supporting us with a donation you will help people without a sufficient amount of money to pay their water bill. Our goal is 5,000 dollars and we think with your generosity to help us we will reach it! All funds will go to the DC Water SPLASH Program.
Thank you for your support!
