Kicking for the community!

Keith Gour is organizing this fundraiser to benefit CENTRE COMMUNAUTAIRE "ENTRE-NOUS". 
Please help Keith Gour and all of us at Aylmer Karate-Do, Self Defense and Fitness make a difference in our community. We will be holding our annual Kick-A-Thon on Saturday December 16th to raise money for the Entre Nous Community Center. 100% of the proceeds will go to help support fund the wonderful community programs they offer.
