Hello everyone, Scott from Champions of Change football here!

We are so pleased to announce that we are teaming up with the wonderful New Croft in Haverhill to host a charity match on the 6th July 2025. Our weekly 7 a side players will be going head to head in an 11 a side match. Col/Sud vs Haverhill. 10.45 kick off, arrivals from 10! Check out our Facebook page to see all the amazing adverts and info.

Doing our upmost everything to make it a fun filled day for all the family. Anyone volunteers, prize donations or anyone who wants to come and run an activity on the day would be fantastically appreciated!

The 2 causes we are chosing to split this generous cause too are:

The Bobby Copping foundation - The Bobby Copping Foundation is a registered mental health charity which provides mental health support. This is achieved through our fully funded counselling service and educational workshops. The Bobby Copping Foundation is committed to delivering mental health support for all. We believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Bobby Copping is an ex-professional footballer who was forced to retire at the age of 19 after a debilitating injury. Bobby’s forced retirement and Kayleigh’s personal story sparked the birth of BCF. Since retiring Bobby has gone on to achieve a
number of executive-level roles and qualifications. Now holding two master’s degrees, owning his own business, building a track record within sports business, and being co-founder of a registered charity. Bobby is the definition of resilience and his story is motivation for anyone facing adversity. Kayleigh gained qualifications within the counselling sector after years of struggling to deal with the devastating diagnosis of a rare form
of cancer in 2016. Her emotional mental health journey eventually resulted in the realisation that there could be some
positivity back in her life. Helping people had always been important to Kayleigh and she wanted to raise mental health
awareness for others. Through meeting Bobby this has become possible, and with their combined drive, they developed
BCF, providing free counselling so that no one they help suffers in silence.

The SEND sunflower support group are a new founded group. They aim to tackle the problems that not only SEND children face, but the families that have to see them face the challenges of growing up in a society that doesn't cater to them. Tina Scott is a registered nurse, with a huge heart and passion to get things done. Inspired by her Daughter Olivia, she fights for families best interest and wants to provide places for these people to grow, learn and feel like they belong. Aimee Brown works within the education of these Children and her passion and drive matches Tina's. Anyone who has the privilege of Aimee working with their Children have nothing but glowing reviews and I really look forward to seeing them take on the world to help these people. They are currently looking for a premises to operate out of and our donation would help with that massively.
