Khloe's Battle With leukemia

We are asking for your support with expenses for our precious daughter Khloe's battle with leukemia. She was recently diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) and needs your love and support. With your support and God's grace we will all get through this.

A little background story:

When Khloe started having pain we (my wife and I) initially thought that they were just your typical teething pains. As time went on (about a month and a half later) ... we started inquiring more about the pain and if it was normal to still have that LEVEL of pain for so long. We sought advice from her primary care physician who advised that we take her to a dentist to get their opinion. We saw two separate dental offices who advised that possibly the tooth was just a bit stubborn and to keep a close watch on it.

One night, Khloe's temperature reached 102.7 and we took her to the emergency room to get checked out. It was determined there that she suffered from a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) and we were prescribed antibiotics. A couple days went by and her symptoms were not improving so we decided to take her in to see her primary care physician. It was at this time that it was recommended that we admit her to the hospital.

We still thought we were only dealing with a slight infection as they told us that the initial antibiotic was just not strong enough to treat the infection so they switched to a stronger antibiotic. After several test ... we finally received the news that we most dreaded ... Khloe was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia).

Our hearts dropped in disbelief as we immediately went into prayer. "This CAN'T be right" we declared as tears ran down both of our faces. The initial shock of this brought us down to our knees as we just could not understand WHY this was happening.

A few days have past, and we are still holding up strong ... but are asking for your support with some of the expenses for our daughter Khloe. We love you and thank you all as we grow stronger during this time.

And a side note for anyone else who is going through something ... no matter what you are going through or what you are faced with ... there is absolutely NOTHING that will happen to you today that both you and God cannot handle together.

God can work INCREDIBLE GOOD out of unspeakable tragedies ... but that doesn't mean He orchestrates the tragedies. God is ... and always will be on the throne.
