Jo’s Journey

Hello everyone. I want you to introduce you to Jo, my best friend of 17 years. For those who know Jo, know that she’s the life and soul of the party, she lights up every room she walks into and her humour radiates to everyone around her. Jo is 41 and a mother to Chloe (20), Sky (18), Jack (14) and Alivia (8) - and a partner. Jo amazingly runs her own business but this is on hold due to her illness. Unfortunately, 9 weeks ago Jo was told she would need B12 injections. This quickly escalated to being told she had a cyst, then the awful news of stage 4 cancer came along. We all hope that in a few weeks, Jo will be well enough to start her chemotherapy journey to extend her life. Despite this, Jo is still fighting. She’s still being the amazing mother, partner and friend that everyone knows. Regardless of the difficult circumstances, this amazing family deserves a stress free life, a warm Christmas and most importantly they deserve to feel comfort in their own home.
