Running 570km in 57 Days: Standing with Kevin and His Family

Hi everyone,

Life can change in a single moment. Recently, our family received the devastating news that my wonderful brother-in-law, Kevin has been diagnosed with untreatable, terminal cancer. He is only 57 years old.

Kevin is a devoted husband and a fiercely proud dad to his two daughters, Charlotte (20) and Sophie (15). Anyone who knows him knows his warmth, his kindness, and how much his family means to him. Now, they are facing an unimaginable road ahead.

While I cannot change this diagnosis, I refuse to stand by and do nothing. I want to show Kevin and his girls that they are not walking this path alone.

The Challenge: 570km for 57 Years

To honour Kevin”s 57 years of life, and to raise vital funds for his family, I am taking on a massive physical challenge: I will be running and walking 570 kilometers over the next 57 days.

That means hitting the pavement for 10km every single day, without fail, for nearly two months. It’s going to be tough, but it is nothing compared to the fight Kevin and his family are facing right now.
