Kevin Clegg Trails Eagle Project

My name is Logan Mosser, and I am a Life Scout with Troop 43 from Ravenswood, WV. I am beginning my Eagle Scout project, the final step to attaining Eagle Scout rank.

I have elected to repair and upgrade the Kevin Clegg Trails information shelter. The improved aesthetics will serve to provide a pleasant opening for those who hike and bike the trails as well as honor Kevin Clegg. Kevin was a local graduate of Ravenswood who became a Major in the United States Air Force and a professional mountain biker.

Upgrades will include providing a shadow box in memory of Kevin as well as a presentation of the trails, replacing the framing around the shadow box, painting the shelter and laying down gravel. The project is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2022. The estimated cost of materials for the project is $2000. I will provide the labor along with volunteers. I appreciate any donations you can provide by September 10th and invite you to enjoy the project upon completion.
