We are a group of young people currently taking part in the King’s Trust Team Programme in Kettering. The team programme is a twelve week personal development programme designed to equip us with the skills necessary to get back into work, education or future training.

As part of the qualification we are working towards, we are undertaking a project in the local community and also taking part in a team challenge. Examples of projects in the past have included; renovating community centres, churches, schools and care homes where we either carry out a painting or gardening activity.

Examples of team challenges that we have completed in the past have included supporting the elderly, homeless or adults with physical or learning disabilities.

We will be completing this particular project between Tuesday 7th October and Wednesday 22nd October 2025

To enable us to complete this project, we will be taking part in a sponsored 100ft abseil on Tuesday 24th September and we will also be in Kettering Tesco bag packing on Thursday 2nd October and Friday 3rd October 2025

All funds raised will go directly towards the costs of tools and materials required to complete the project and enable us to support others on our team challenge.
