Hi friends and family,

This February 16–26, I have been given the incredible opportunity to travel to Kenya, Africa on a medical mission trip! Our team of nurses , doctors and physician assistants will be providing medical care, health education, and much-needed supplies to communities with little to no access to healthcare.

From the beginning of my nursing career I have always made it a goal for myself that I would serve on a medical trip and help others in need of life changing care. It is a chance to use my skills, compassion, and time to make a real difference in people’s lives. We will be working with a team of Kenyan health care professionals by providing health clinics for those in the community to come and be evaluated for illnesses, wellness checkups, receive medications , wound care , eye exams , dentals exams , etc.

Also, we will be spending time at a special needs children school to bring care and love to these children and faculty who may be struggling to receive crucial medical care they need.

To make this journey possible, I’m raising $4,500 to cover:

• Travel expenses

• Lodging and meals

• Medical supplies and donations

• Community outreach and education materials

Every donation, no matter the amount, will help me get one step closer to serving those in need. If you’re not able to give financially, your prayers and shares mean just as much.
