KENNETH OGLESBY'S (SHADETREE) HOMEGOING CELEBRATION
On Oct 6, 2016 our family was struck with another tragedy. While preparing to travel to Ohio to attend his nieces funeral due to an un-expected death Kenneth Oglesby (Shadetree) was killed in a senseless crime. Kenny was one the most loving people you could ever know and family was everything to Kenny. He would do anything for the ones he loved. Who would have thought that his run for lunch would end in tragedy and be his last. He leaves behind a 7 year son that will now grow up without his father whom he loved more than the world and the love of his life for 20 years and many sisters, brothers and friends. He was one of the best fathers in the world. Friends, family and extended family have all asked how they can help and the family thought this would be the best way to show support and compassion at this time to Kenny and the family. Our hopes as a familyis simply to raise fund to give Kenny a homegoing celebration that he deserves especially with his birthday 2 weeks away.
The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalms 34:18
