Hi, I'm Sheila and the two cute kids in the photo are my grandchildren.  Their mom is my daughter and her husband is Kenny. Kenny is a fantastic dad and loving husband. The kids love him so much. He works hard and plays with them as much as possible. He recently had some shortness of breath and after some tests it was discovered that he needed cardiac bypass surgery. The job he has is a good one, except that he has no benefits for taking time off. If he is not working then he doesn't get paid. Thank goodness he does have medical insurance. He is having surgery, April 14 at Scripps Hospital with a very good cardiac surgeon. He will be in the hospital for at least one week and hopefully have no complications. But the healing process is long and he won't be able to work for about 2-3 months. That's why I'm asking you to help this family get through this very vulnerable time. Julie will be taking care of the kids and Kenny and of course we will help but there will be no funds coming in from work.
