Learn to Skate Senior Project

My name is Kelly O'Dowd and I am a senior at Millis High school. I have been a figure skater for the past ten years, and have been coaching figure skating and hockey for the past four years through Norfolk Arena. For my senior project I will be teaching a group of Millis Girl Scouts how to ice skate!  These funds will allow me to pay the rink for the girls to skate. I love to share my knowledge of the sport with others and teaching has always been something very special to me. I know skating will be a skill that these girls will remember for the rest of their lives and I am so excited for the opportunity to be able to teach them.
