My name is Reginald Parker and my niece has 4 kids that CPS would brake up if they go with them ,so being the loving father that I am with my own 3 kids I felt sad for them and refuse to let them get separated,they are the ages of 5mths to 8 years old,2 girls and 2 boys..in need of clothes and shoes for all 4 kids..
