The 2022 Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival was a Hit!
The Mural is now hanging on the wall at its permanent home
"The Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence."

Meet the Mural Artists!

Our Supporters!

Keli's boys, Ali & Dio-Victims of Domestic Violence,
add their mom and baby brother's names to the Mural wall.
The "Keeping Keli Foundation" was founded in honor of Keli Gabrielle Mornay
& Brixx Nola Mornay Johnson.

Keli, a 34-year-old mother of three boys, lost her life along with her
7-month-old infant son, Brixx Nola, in the early morning hours of June 6, 2021, to a brutal act of domestic violence in Biloxi, MS. On that very unbelievable & heartwrenching day, Keli's mother began her quest as an advocate against domestic violence and has become Keli's voice in supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence.

Our Mission-
Our mission is to produce & present the Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival & other fundraising events to other cities and communities to educate and bring awareness on the matters of domestic violence and to provide family and community resources for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse.

Needed Support-
Monetary and in-kind support is always needed from every community that we touch to ensure that every festival & fundraising event is successful and that the mission is carried out from start to finish. The murals are a visual pillar of hope for each community and those who are suffering in silence. Our ultimate goal is to eradicate domestic violence forever across the globe. But we cannot do this without your support!

Our Staff & Volunteers
Our dedicated staff & volunteers are on a mission to provide a safer community. They work diligently to promote change by giving their all for every fundraising event that will make a difference in the lives of others in need. Several of our staff members and volunteers have also experienced domestic violence or know someone who has been in a problematic or dangerous domestic situation.
If you know of anyone that is experiencing physical, verbal, emotional, sexual or financial abuse,
help is available.

2022 Inaugural Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival
The first annual "Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival" occurred on Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Biloxi, MS, at the District Green (Downtown Biloxi). The festival started with a VIP/Sponsor Brunch catered by three of the Gulf Coast's award-winning chefs, including Eat Drink Love, Makin Groceries & Food Booze & Hiccups/Sweet Enchantments. The brunch was a grand success & attendees enjoyed the fantastic cuisine and entertainment provided by Karmilla Ali & Jake's Jazz Trio. Artists came together with the community to support the mission and the cause to bring awareness to the Gulf Coast Community on the matters of domestic violence and to also provide community & family resources to those in need. Attendees also enjoyed a live mural painting from the start and saw the mural develop into a beautiful piece of art for those that stayed the entire festival. The rest of the festival was filled with six other live entertainment acts, dancing & the enjoyment of watching the live mural painting.
Food, Arts & crafts vendors were on site for additional enjoyment of shopping and various cuisines. The best part of the festival is that Keli's two eldest sons, Alli & Dio, Khloe, daughter of Nina Cumbest and a host of other survivors were able to paint the names of their loved ones that had been killed in the act of domestic violence & their lives were honored by so many on this beautiful day of a community coming together for a very needed cause.
Nina Cumbest's daughter, Khloe, signs her deceased mom's
name on the mural wall. Nina & Khloe are victims of Domestic Violence.
Thank you to all of our sponsors!
