Help Us Keep Croydon’s Young People Safe, Supported & Inspired

Goal: £5,000 — Help the launch and to continue the initiative of Biggz Community Kitchen CIC to make a difference in Croydon.

Across our communities, too many young people are being drawn toward serious youth crime and violence.

Behind every incident lies a family struggling — parents who feel powerless, young people who feel unheard, and communities unsure how to intervene before tragedy strikes.

Biggz Community Kitchen CIC was created to change that.

We’re a new community initiative based in Croydon, supporting young people aged 11–25 and their parents or carers. Our mission is simple: to reduce youth violence and exploitation by building stronger families, better communication, and brighter futures.

What We Do

Through our two-part prevention and empowerment programme, we work with both young people and parents to:

✅ Build trust and communication at home

✅ Develop self-awareness and resilience

✅ Access education, employment, and multiple outreach support services

✅ Find positive purpose and direction

All money raised will go towards facilitating self-development, mentorship, well-being programs, and initiatives to assist the lives of our young people to become better individuals and upstanding members of our community.

Our Launch Event – 22 November 2025 is at St Jude Hall, Thornton Heath CR7 6BA between 16:30 – 22:00.

There will be:

Outreach and support services

Opportunities to connect, share, and learn

Our Christmas Community Meal

In December, we’ll be hosting a special sit-down Christmas meal for local families.

Christmas is a magical time of year, but it can also be tough for families experiencing hardship or loneliness.

We want to make sure no one in our community is left out — that everyone can enjoy a warm meal, good company, and the spirit of togetherness.
