Hi, my name is Kailin, and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my amazing parents, John and Yvonne. Recently, our family was hit with a life-changing event — my mother, Yvonne, suffered a stroke. It's been a tough journey as we adjust to this new reality, and we are doing everything we can to provide her the care, love, and support she needs during recovery.

While we are in the process of enrolling me as an official In-Home Support Services (IHSS) caregiver for her, there’s a gap — one that’s making it difficult to manage some of the day-to-day costs. Things like the electric bill, A/C, phone service, and WiFi/TV may seem small, but they are essential, especially for my mother’s comfort and peace of mind as she heals at home.

Until the IHSS support kicks in, I’m humbly asking for help to keep things running smoothly here. Every little bit makes a difference — whether it’s helping to keep the A/C on during these hot days or making sure my parents can stay connected to family and medical support via phone and internet.

My parents have always been there for me and others, and now it's my turn to step up for them. If you’re able to give, share, or just send a kind word, we are beyond grateful.
