Sadly, we are postponing this fundraiser and refunding all funds to our generous donors. We are unable to secure a plaintiff and therefore no longer have a lawsuit. Thank you so, very much and we hope to connect again with a school board willing to put student and faculty safety before politics.

On August 25, 2025, Wyoming’s new law—House Bill 172—will allow anyone with a concealed carry permit to enter any K-12 public school in the state while armed, without notifying school staff, parents, or law enforcement. This change has raised deep concerns among parents, educators, and community members who believe that schools should remain safe, gun-free zones for all students and staff.
We are a group of Wyoming residents organizing to fund the legal efforts of Robinson Bramlet, LLC, a law firm dedicated to challenging HB 172 in court. Our goal is to support a school board willing to serve as the plaintiff in this case. Every dollar raised will go directly to legal fees associated with contesting this law and protecting the safety of our schools. The need for action is urgent, as insurance premiums for Wyoming school districts are already rising in response to the increased risks posed by this legislation.
This effort is not about Second Amendment rights—it’s about ensuring that our children can learn in an environment free from the threat of firearms. We invite anyone who shares our concerns to support this cause or reach out to [email redacted] to get involved. Together, we can stand up for the safety and well-being of Wyoming’s students and educators.
