Hi, I'm Dan. A good friend of mine has broken BOTH of his legs, so I am creating this GoFundMe to help him pay his bills and support his family while he is recovering.

Willie Dean is a kind, generous, loving father of 6 kids. His youngest is just 2 years old and his oldest is 14. Willie is the sole provider of income for the household. If you or anyone close to you has ever broken a leg, then you know how hard it can be to get by. How life-changing it can be. Willie has broken both of his legs. He will not be able to walk for at least 2 months, and then he will have to learn how to walk again. He will not be able to work for 3-4 months, depending on how fast he can recover.

We are not asking for help with his medical expenses; there should be some kind of insurance to help with that. We are asking for help with his household expenses. The mortgage, utilities, and food for his family are the top priorities. He also will have to make several trips (possibly overnight) to a hospital several hours away. He is estimating this all to cost around $13,000 over the next 4 months.

Willie is the kind of guy that, if you needed it more than him, he would give you the shirt off his back and ask nothing in return. We are seeing this hardship as the best outcome of his fall; his legs broke his fall and because of that, he is still here with us. He has a rough road to travel.
