Now more than ever, TPFYI needs your support to continue its vital service to our community.

Since its inception in 2006, TPFYI has been the only consistent and reliable local news source for our community. We want to continue to provide this vital resource, but will need your support to do so.

TPFYI strives to provide residents with balanced and unbiased news on issues that impact our lives, village, and town. Our limited but dedicated staff attend and report on all Village and Town municipal meetings to keep the community informed about the activities of our local governments. Our extensive archive of municipal reporting dates back to 2006 and is a valuable resource for our community.

In addition, the website features a comprehensive community calendar, a directory of local contractors and professional services compiled by residents, and a steady stream of community-based content. Through our Editorial and Letters to the Editor pages we allow residents a platform for expressing their thoughts, ideas and concerns

Maintaining TPFYI costs approximately $15,000 per year. Expenses include Domain ownership & monthly platform fees in addition to compensation for our webmaster and freelance reporter, who attends almost all meetings, writes the articles, maintains the website and updates our social media accounts.

Sadly, despite our annual effort we continue to fall short financially and unfortunately, after almost 20 years, without enough funding, the future of the website is in real jeopardy.
