My name's Matt, I'm fundraising to support my brother's family while they're on hard times so they have a home to bring their newborn girl to.

My brother, Daniel, his fiance, Britni and their son Lennox are a young family in Brooklyn New York. They're 37 weeks pregnant with a daughter on the way, however it hasn't been an easy 2023.

My brother was unable to keep his businesss going, and now 4 months into a job search without any luck, they're now 9 months without income.

This has led them to fall behind on rent and are now being sued for eviction, with a court date of June 8. They've been existing on food stamps for several months now just to keep food in the house. Needless to say the stress of the threat of eviction while expecting a newborn has taken a serious toll on them.

In lieu of baby shower gifts, I'm rallying our friends and family to help keep my brother's family in a home and have a place to bring their little girl home to.

The funds raised will go toward paying down owed rent and ensure they can stay housed while my brother secures employment. Any contributions, big or small, will be greatly appreciated.
