Keep the Cradle (staff) Rocking

It seems like only yesterday we were officially celebrating a half-century of music, art, and community at the Cat's Cradle, with many of you.

Our individual and collective memories from those long years of shows inspire us to believe that the fun times will return.

There is nothing like the experience of a live concert -- with incredible artists, patrons, and the Cat's Cradle team coming together to make it all happen -- to awaken our senses and remind us just how much we have to appreciate.

Cat's Cradle and the Cat's Cradle Back Room went dark after our shows on March 11th; & it remains uncertain when the Cradle will be able to operate at full capacity again, or even reopen.  Along with almost everyone, in the interest of greater public health, we wait; and assembly venues such as ours will likely need to wait even longer than other businesses.

Like so many dedicated workers in the service/arts & music industries, our staff members have had to confront the frightening economic hardship and uncertainty that come along with the sudden loss of work and routine.

In an effort to help ease these challenges for them, we have maintained our payroll; and establishing this Gofundme will help us continue to do that as we all wait out the pandemic.

If you would like to help support the staffers who have worked hard every day & night to keep our shows happening, please consider making a donation in any amount.

We look forward to the day when Cat’s Cradle can reopen its doors and share more amazing live music with our many passionate and loyal patrons. Until then -- please stay safe, and be kind; and wherever you are, play loud music as often as possible.
