Wildflour Gluten-Free bakery is different. A dedicated gluten-free bakery that tastes delicious.
Wildflour opened in 2010 by a woman that struggled finding tasty gluten-free goods for 25 years. She sold her business to Jay Gordon in 2019 to focus on her veterinary medicine career. Jay Gordon, kept the proprietary flour blends and recipes and has grown the business ten-fold with the purchase of Flying Apron and expansion of a café and bakery in Ballard. West Seattle continues to serve all the Flying Apron vegan gluten goodies. After financing challenges, the business needs a temporary boost to keep its doors open.
We know that the gluten-free community has supported Wildflour for 14 years and it’s time to support them again. Please give below to keep our doors open and provide you with the tastiest gluten-free baked goods made in exclusively gluten-free kitchens.
