Keep Sarahi's Family Safe: Help Fund Asylum Lawyer

Sarahi's son is my student and their family has a pending asylum case.

UPDATE:

Sarahi has been able to retain a lawyer to begin the asylum process for her and her family and will be using these funds for the payments. She has been quoted $5,000.

Any funds donated beyond that amount will go to supporting Sarahi and other families with groceries and any additional resources.

Sarahi has not yet been able to hire a lawyer because of the cost.

She has a court date in a month and if she has a lawyer, we can avoid sending her to the courthouse and keep her safe.

El hijo de Sarahi es mi alumno y su familia tiene un caso de asilo pendiente.

Sarahi no ha tenido la capacidad contratar un abogado porque como sabemos, son muy caros. Ella tiene una cita de corte en un mes y si tiene abogado podemos evitar mandarla en persona al corte. Así que ella sea segura y libre para seguir con su caso.
