Keep Roots to Wings Soaring: Legal Help Needed

Hello, my name is Nicole Conley and I’m the founder/owner/CEO of Roots to Wings; a small business built with passion, hard work, and a vision to serve the community. Unfortunately, I’m currently facing challenges that require immediate attention and professional help. I am struggling to get my paperwork in with the state, and would find it beneficial to the community to seek help and get my program operating with a full license.

Due to these issues, I need to hire a lawyer to get my business licensed, secure my rights, and ensure I can continue serving my families. Legal fees are expensive, and as a small business owner, I simply don’t have the resources to handle this alone.

I’m humbly asking for support from my community, family, friends, and kind-hearted individuals who believe in small businesses and second chances. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward legal fees and helping keep my business afloat during this critical time. Any money that is NOT used for legal fees will go directly to any changes licensing may ask of me, and further, if everything is ready to go, these funds will go directly to improvements to the facility.
