Welcome to Spring at Pinewood Gardens!

After a particularly cold winter, we jumped very suddenly into spring, so it is time to think of the “Gardens” part of our name and the pleasure we all get from the nature around us.

As you know, we have a tradition of us residents tending to the gardens, partially because a good number of us get pleasure doing it, and it also keeps the co-op costs down. So, as Garden chair, I am asking you to decide how you might participate. You don’t have to be a master gardener, we help each other, and there are also a variety of small jobs like feed the roses 2 or 3 times in the season or take responsibility to water a certain section near you. If you want to start helping in any capacity, please contact me and we’ll figure it out.

Please also consider giving some money to buy new plants or other garden supplies we may need.
