Keep our home after cancer battle and scam

Hello, we are the Bonapartes and need help to keep our home.

We are not proud to be reaching out like this but everyone needs help at times.

We work hard to keep our family safe and our three children fed.

When Alison was fighting breast cancer we found what was supposed to be a financial lifeline. An investment firm that pays you a fixed income while they play the market with equity. They seemed to be very well vetted and above board. However they eventually stole from us and left us with a lot more debt. Stole from a mother with cancer.

The lender demanded more and more money. Our attempts to have the case dismissed failed.

And so we were evicted from our home for 35 days.

Our lawyer just seemed to to be scared of their lawyer and offered little resistance.

We are back in our home after assuming a huge additional debt. Our house is now way more expensive to keep.

Suing the crooks that stole our money and the tried to take our home will take a long time as well as money we dont have. And during that long time our monthly expenses have tripled.

We lost a lot of our furniture and belongings as they began to empty the house they presumed they were taking from us.

We now find ourselves with 2 mortgages to pay.

Renting for a family of 5 and abandoning our family home is not an option.

You should not lose your house after fighting off cancer. This isnt Trumps America dammit!
