A lot of people know how much Mother’s Cupboard and the people there mean to me. It’s been a dream working there and being part of the family. Today being a holiday, I ended up coming in to work only to find out Mother’s Cupboard was broken into last night. Who would do that to a place like this is beyond me.
The doors were busted as well as a window. Only a few things were out of place and luckily there isn’t much kept on the premises so whoever it was got away with only a few dollars in quarters. Losers.
Anyway, I’m asking for help raising money to cover the loss of business today and to possibly get them a video security system. Today is a holiday and business would normally be pretty good. We’re hoping to open a little later (only open normally until 1:30) but need to fix things up first.
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
