Keep Maher Safe in the USA

When maher was a child he got ran over by a truck because he saw his little sister was going to get ran over. He saved her life and ended up in the hospital with brain damage. The doctor said that a part of his brain will still remain at an adolescent stage.

Maher is a kind loving brother, son, uncle and friend to all. Maher’s accident makes him more vulnerable and susceptible to people and life in general.

When he got older he made friends with the wrong crowd and they tricked him and because of that his green card and immigration papers were taken away. He was ordered by the judge to be deported back to Iraq. With his situation, he is not able to survive in a country that does not offer any sympathy for people like him. we’re asking for your help with what you can so Maher can hire a lawyer and get his deportation papers back so we can make sure he stays in the United States.

I am that little sister who almost died if it wasn't for Maher and this is the time to repay him for what he did to save my life. Please help me achieve this goal. God bless you all
