KEEP LEAH SAFE WITH HER DAD & FAMILY

Background: Ronnie & Rebecca Fry dated for a short time, after then having a break she discovered she was pregnant. Of course Ronnie said they would figure everything out, he got a good job, got a nice apartment, and paid for everything needed to take care of a new baby! His family did a baby shower to get any other items, and everyone attended her birth. During her pregnancy Ronnie made rebecca go see an OB, he got her clothes, and anything she needed or wanted. Even offered to pay for her to get a laptop to do her GED & practice permit driving test questions since she dropped out of school while living at ur fathers house, the same father who left her homeless after finding out she was pregnant. Her mother told her to get an abortion and wouldn't let her stay at her house either. After Leah was born Ronnie cut the cord, and then everyday he drove Leah and Rebecca to his sisters house so that they could both be taken care of, he then picked them up after work and took them home to be cared for by him. He took Leah to every appointment, every check up, and made sure she always had everything she needed. He wanted to raise her in the country so he saved up, and he moved Rebecca, himself, and leah to a nice place with a big yard. He got her some outside toys, furnished the house & provided everything for the home and Rebecca, and leah. Shortly after the move his sister and mother started noticing bruises on leah, Rebecca would make strange excuses that she fell *she was not able to walk or climb*, then she finally admitted to Ronnie sister that she had "held a pillow over leahs face to get her to just shut up at night when ronnie was asleep", she even admitted to squeezing leahs jaw bones when she would cry from hunger (she only was out of a pack n play and actually fed food when ronnie was home from work, she even stated that she would pull the baby's hair, leave her alone in the tub to go get a snack for herself etc. Ronnie's sister then brought this all to his attention, and he bought a nanny cam...but because of the severity he just couldn't wait and confronted her about the abuse. Rebecca went crazy at that moment, ronnie grabbed the baby and was holding her saying they were leaving until she calmed down, that make her even more mad. She hit ronnie repeatedly and then punched a hole in the wall before locking herself in the bedroom and claiming she would kill herself if he left. So he called 911, they took Rebecca in and charged her with domestic violence. Domestic violence court told her there is a no contact order against Ronnie, that she needed to get her license, a job, her own place, and her GED. She tried to tell them that ronnie "wouldn't let" her get those things, when he would have gladly had the financial help. Ronnie and becky were told they had to go file for custody. Ronnie went a filed for custody that next business day! He got a lawyer and they had 2 different court appearances that Rebecca never showed up for, she never tried to contact ronnies family about leah, however she had time in that 4 months to have 2 different boyfriends and she claims end up pregnant AGAIN. Meanwhile ronnie was recognized as the legal father of leah and granted full sole custody. The date was set to take Rebecca's rights away for abandonment of leah, a few days before the court date Rebecca's friend paid for her to have a lawyer and during court rebecca was granted visitation. She then stated she wanted a DNA test done to prove ronnie was not the father and get her custody back...mind you the judge had already decided that DNA was not needed less than 30 days before that. Her visitations were granted as supervised but because she didn't have any income she was able to have her mother as a supervisor and transportation for the visits. The visits are for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4pm-8pm. The first visit she refused to bring leah back and had used someone else's forward facing car seat for leah. We had to go pick her up. Because of the no contact order all visits have to be done through ronnies family. He has to go from work to the sitter and then to the family members home to hand leah over and leave. He then has to go back to pick leah up. Rebecca is supposed to provide a car seat, diapers, and feed her dinner, and give her a bath. Her sister got her a car seat and diapers (that becky picked knowing leah was allergic to them which caused a huge sore unnecessary rash!) One time in over a month leah has actually gotten a bath during the visit, and according to Rebecca she screamed the entire time *which she never does for her dad or anyone else*, she has gave her sweet tea, sunny d, kool-aid, pizza rolls, combos, and fries. So when ronnie gets leah back he has to feed her and give her a bath (way after her bedtime) & then wake her up at 5am to get their day started. Rebecca used to hit leah when she wouldn't walk because her baby sister who is a day or two older than leah was already walking, ronnie found out leah needed glasses and got them for her but she is still scared to walk independently. He gets no government assistance and fully provides for leah on his own including insurance. According to the babysitter and Ronnie's family (with evidence) leah has went from ducking down when u go toward her while she is in the pack n play, and pulling her own hair...to being happy all the time, that is until the visits started...leah started acting odd around men (even in passing at a grocery store), screaming when u changed her diaper, crying when u took her shirt off...then we found pictures on Facebook that would make anyone stomach turn. Rebecca went months without seeing her daughter only to turn around and hand her to her latest boyfriend of 30 days (who referred to leah as his baby girl multiple times before meeting her, and at the first visit her saw her he removed her shirt and was kissing all over her. She also is not wearing her glasses during the visits. She has been coming back with a new bruise from each visit. The latest one hit hard, poor leah with bruises on both sides of face from the squeezing starting again. See Rebecca made a false CPS report and it was signed off on stating "leah is in the safest place she could be with her father Ronald Mckinzie". Yet her supervisor isnt watching her during the visits...she has been seen walking the streets with leah and no supervisor in sight.
