Help a Young Marine Support His Family After His Mother’s Deportation
Hello, my name is Juan Perez, and I’m a 23-year-old United States Marine. Recently, my life took an unexpected turn when my mother, Viridiana Gaona Perez, was deported. Since then, I’ve become the sole guardian of my four younger siblings.
I’m doing my best to hold everything together — serving my country while trying to provide a stable home for my family — but the truth is, I can’t do this alone. Between my responsibilities as a Marine and the financial demands of caring for four children, I’m struggling to keep up with daily expenses like food, housing, clothing, school supplies, and childcare.
My mother was the heart of our home, and her sudden absence has left an enormous emotional and financial burden on all of us. I’m not someone who asks for help easily, but right now, I need it — for my siblings.
Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward keeping my family together, safe, and supported while I continue to serve.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any help you can give. Please share this page if you can — it means more than you know.
Semper Fi,
Juan Perez
