Keep Joe and Topher Together

As a friend of Joe Robillard, I have seen how much he loves and cares for his son, Topher. Over the years, Joe has had to fight uphill battle after battle to be there for his son. Things looked to be improving when once again, Joe was thrown a custody curveball, challenging his efforts to continue to be one of the greatest dads around. This is a man who drives across the country, by himself, from Lousiana to California just to spend a day or two with his son whenever he gets the chance.

The situation in Joe's words:

"For several years, I have been fighting repeated efforts to deny court-ordered visitation/custodial time. Shortly after we partially resolved the issue, the other party has relocated to a much more difficult area, seemingly with the primary goal of making ordered visitation much more difficult to fulfill."

As Joe gears up for yet another costly custody battle, many of us in Joe's life have offered to help.

Past legal fees and travel expenses for hearings have already totaled around $30k. The hope is to raise funds to take away the stress of these costs and help Joe continue to focus on the most important thing, Topher.

Funds will be used to address existing and future legal bills and travel expenses for hearings. Any excess will be used to help facilitate future visits.
