Cathy is the 74 year old homeowner; she’s had knee, back, and wrist surgery. She can’t work and we are trying to help pay for her land so it’s not taken from her.

Hi, my name is Stacee and I am the wife of a wonderfully humble, home loving, hardworking man. He is the first reason that I am searching to raise money. He has been through so many ups and downs in this life, as we all have, and much like we all strive to do, he pushes on and continues with a smile on his face until the work is done the right way. He may be satisfied but the work is never done. Unfortunately he’s lost his mother, step-father, and father, within such a short time. These are the men in his life gone just in the last year. The only parent left is his step-mother now taking care of herself but Rob has stepped up because in his heart he knows that’s what family is for. She is the wonderful person that has given my husband such a good heart. She is my second reason for reaching out to earn money to keep their precious property. We have come to a crossroads recently and now face losing her home which is his childhood home, too. He has lost everything tied to memories from his family. This is all he has left to give him comfort to look back on life and see some type of foundation that he once stepped foot on as a child. I would love for him to have that experience with our daughters, too.

I have taken this task upon myself to reach out so that I can somehow keep their hope alive, whatever they have left. In this process it will give his stepmom peace as well so that she may better her own mental wellbeing without the stress of losing her space since she can’t work. In my heart I know there has to be a way. They both deserve to be at peace with this property that has so many memories. I can’t let it slip away from the both of them.
