Keep Divina in Her Dad’s Life

In November 2019 it became humbling & clear the best thing for Divina was for her parents to live separately & Co-Parent 50/50.  Daniel filed for Divorce in Boulder, CO where the case was dismissed by the Judge due to Divina not living in the state long enough to make custody decisions although both parents signed to 50/50 custody. Diana & Daniel then refiled again together for a non-contested Divorce  where both parents signed a 50/50 custody agreement AGAIN, and right before the final hearing to close the case, a man from the UK proposed to Diana. 

She then cut off all communication with Daniel (other than court observed text communication), hired an attorney, made an onslaught of false accusations in an attempt to get Divina taken away from Daniel, and is now having her attorney tell the courts that she is contesting the divorce case because she would like to move Divina away to Denmark without her Dad. 

The Judge highly advised her against this, but also made it clear that it's her legal right to attempt this. It immediately became clear to Daniel & his loved ones that the wisest thing to do would be hire the best Divorce-Attorney possible. He immediately went on the hunt, and after 20 or so disappointing calls, he finally connected with not only the most affordable attorney he had talked to thus far, but by far the best that is in the field for children's rights and not just personal profit. She was even a child family investigator in Boulder for 25 years. 

Although she may not be as expensive as "normal", she is not free & neither is the PRE (Parental Responsibility Evaluator) that the Judge has ordered for the parents to hire. These can easily cost $10,000+ , and this is not even accounting for Daniel's attorney fee's that have already cost well over $5,000... Daniel currently owes her over $2,000, yet she is still representing him & Divina. 

This has been the hardest challenge Daniel has had to endure, and at the same time he's doing amazing as Divina continues thriving in her personal bliss-bubble & loves going back and forth between her Dad's and Mom's. She is hugely inspiring to her fellow students at her outdoor forest school, and any professional that has spent time with her believes she loves her Dad & Mom, and is doing great.  Due to Daniel's dedication, faith, focus, partnering with his attorney & the Grace of God, all of Diana's attempts to use the court to restrict Divina's time with her Dad have failed.  

For over ten years, Daniel hustled so heart/hard that he was able to host over 50+ of the best health retreats ever, but since late 2019 with this personal crisis coupled with COVID has not hosted one since then (he used to do one at least each quarter/season). He has desperately been riding such a fine financial line since November 2019 that he is "Lyfting" when he's not with Divina to supplement his marginal income from his promising new venture, www.TribeVitamins.com 

One of the most common inquiries he gets is "where is Divina?!" as he all the sudden had to stop sharing anything on social media about her due to legal matters ... you can imagine how disorienting this must be for the "OMDaddy" & his loyal amazing fan-base around the world that seek inspiration from him & Divina. We can tell you, he truly believes Divina is the happiest person he knows, AND at this point in order to maintain that, getting by with some help of his friends is what can do that.

Daniel is one of the "richest" persons in the world in many ways, but has had a true reality check that his check book was not prepared for the spiritual war he finds himself in.  Anyone that has had the privilege to witness Daniel with Divina, they would have surely glimpsed the "meaning of life" & unconditional love.  

Diana has officially stated to the courts that if the Judge does not allow her remove Divina away from her Dad & country, that she will stay in Colorado.
