Keep Danny Ford Safe in His Family Home

Danny Ford needs our help..Please help me in supporting my neighbor. Danny is a 75yo resident of Rindge NH. He is the last standing member of the Ford's...Danny has lived in the 1900 family home, that was built by his father and grandfather, his entire life. He lives alone with his cat, 'Gray', who he rescued several years ago. Danny loves animals. His passion and joy is tending to and feeding migrating birds and deer. He enjoyes watching the animals from his windows. A few years ago, Danny donated, 8 acres of his land to the town of Rindge as a wild life refuge. It is now called, Ford Family Nature Preserve. He would like to donate his home and the remaining 2 acres of his property, to the town, upon his death.

For many years Danny worked for NH State Parks. He also served as a volunteer on the Rindge Fire Department, alongside his father, who was a former Fire Cheif. Danny's home is in need of some significant repairs to satisfy his homeowners insurance, or face cancelation. The importance of maintaining his property is paramount. Danny lives off of a small Social Security income and this demand by his insurers in daunting. Our support will be greatly appreciated to help Danny to remain (safely), in his home.
