A-puh-latch-uh Soul is the only community wellness center located in Buchanan, VA. There is no YMCA, nothing else like it that supports family health - and they currently need our support to continue. Our dear friend Leigh Remington is the sole owner, and she has dedicated her life to sharing her healing services with her small town. She is so passionate she even offers fun craft days and other classes free for kids.

Leigh could really utilize financial help for keeping the space open for everyone to use and continue to offer more options for exercise and healing. Recently she has had a setback with her own health, just as she was in full progress on a cardio space and Pilates restate wall. She has designed, painted, and beautifully decorated the whole studio herself. I have known her personally for almost 30 years and have watched her overcome so many hurdles to create this dream. When my daughter needed a massage therapist for her chronic pain, my search for just the right one in our city gave us no acceptable results. We decided the hour and a half drive to Buchanan for Leigh's skills would be well worth it; we highly recommend her.
