I am Douglas DeBoer, the son of Barbara DeBoer. I am her full-time caretaker. She is 91 years old and diagnosed with dementia. Unfortunately, we have some family members who are attempting to take advantage of her age and illness by stealing her condominium and monthly social security payments. I am a disabled veteran and living on social security, so I don't have a lot of money for attorneys to go after these people.
